WCAG 2.2 audit and implementation

Since 28 June 2025 the Polish accessibility act has covered certain products and services provided to consumers, including many e-commerce services. We check whether those obligations apply to your company and help bring your website or application in line with the requirements that actually concern you.

01 - Introduction

Who does it apply to?

Before we fix anything, we check whether there is anything to fix

The rules do not apply to everyone in the same way. The act covers certain products and services provided to consumers, including many e-commerce services, and it provides for exemptions - among others for micro-enterprises providing services. Public sector bodies have their own, earlier obligations. That is why we start by establishing whether, and to what extent, the obligations apply to your company: we look at the type of business, the way you sell and the size of the company. Only then do we discuss the scope of work. And regardless of the law, one simple calculation always holds: a user who cannot operate your website will not leave any money on it.

02 - Process

What the programme covers

Four stages - from diagnosis to certificate and funding.

WCAG 2.2 audit

We check the site with automated and manual tests and from a UX perspective. We verify mobile accessibility and how the site works with screen readers.

A concrete report

You receive a list of fixes grouped by importance, together with information on compliance with the standard - no walls of jargon, in the order in which things are worth fixing.

Post-audit document

After the audit we issue a summary document: it states the scope of the review, the address and version of the site, the audit date, the methodology used and the level of conformance with WCAG 2.2. It is not an accredited certification - it is an auditor’s statement, useful in tenders and in communication, provided the buyer does not require a certificate from an accredited body.

Funding

We help obtain funding for accessibility - from PFR, EU funds and CSR programmes. We support you from assessing the options, through the application, to settlement.

03 - Cooperation

Ways of working together

An audit, or an audit with implementation - you decide how much we take on

WCAG 2.2 audit - from PLN 3,000 net

An audit of the site against WCAG 2.2 level AA, a report with errors and recommendations, an online consultation covering the results, a post-audit document and support with funding. We quote the scope after a short review: what decides it is the number of unique templates, forms, purchase processes and components, not the number of subpages.

Audit with implementation - from PLN 10,000 net

Everything from the audit package, plus implementation of the proposed solutions and one year of testing and service after delivery. An audit alone is only the beginning - the value appears when the recommendations do not stay on paper.

Implementation after someone else’s audit

Already have an accessibility report? We can implement the fixes together with your IT team or take the whole thing over - the scope is quoted separately, once we have read the document.

04 - Scope

What we check and what you receive

The audit covers the site’s code, its design layer and its content:

  • automated tests and a manual pass through the site, criterion by criterion
  • keyboard operation and the visibility of the focused element
  • behaviour with screen readers and accessibility on mobile devices
  • contrast, the size of interactive elements and the legibility of content
  • forms: labels, hints, messages and error handling
  • a report listing fixes grouped by importance
  • an online consultation covering the results
  • a post-audit document stating scope, date, site version and methodology

An accessible site is not only a matter of regulations. Sites compliant with WCAG 2.2 are simply easier to read - you gain better SEO, a more convenient interface and the image of a brand that leaves nobody outside. Not sure whether the obligations apply to your company? Write to us - we check that before any quote.
