Ania is the founder of our company. She is the one who came up with this crazy idea and had enough courage to make it happen.
Our “Madam President” is a talented web developer and business trainer, with vast marketing experience gained across many business projects.
Anna is a NINJA - everywhere and nowhere at the same time. She can juggle several things at once, which is how she rescues the company from every scrape when all other options have failed.
Paweł Gąciarz
Paweł is simply the link that holds the company together. He is essential to how it works - a member of upIT since the dawn of time, and he knows the company inside out.
Our Technical Director is a renaissance man. He can assemble a cabinet, change a lightbulb and solve any technical problem, and he is always ready to lend a hand.
It was Paweł who came up with integrating the whole team after hours - the good atmosphere in the team is largely his doing.
